25 years after the release of her debut album, Tina Dico returns with Balancing Small Things On Sharp Edges, a new album featuring songs about finding your footing in a world that seems to be moving ever faster.

While Dico's previous releases have often explored the longing to find one's place in the world, the new songs reflect on what life looks like once you've found it. The little things that become big things. Love, family and change. And the effort to remain open, present and human in a time marked by unrest and noise.

The album was written by Tina Dico and produced in collaboration with her husband, Helgi Jónsson, and her longtime musical collaborator, Dennis Ahlgren.

The songs range from intimate and reflective to more urgent and explosive expressions, as heard on the singles "Surfing" and "This Fire!", the latter a duet with Icelandic singer Emilíana Torrini.

Balancing Small Things On Sharp Edges will be released on October 23, 2026.

The CD edition contains a total of 15 tracks, while the LP edition contains 12 tracks.
