Zoot Allures (50th Anniversary)

Frank Zappa

50th Annivesary Super Deluxe edition

Frank Zappa's guitar-heavy classic Zoot Allures from 1976 is celebrated with an extensive 50th anniversary edition.

The new Super Deluxe edition contains more than five hours of additional audio material with live recordings, rare and previously unreleased tracks, as well as the first official release of Night of the Iron Sausage, Zappa's original 2LP version of the album. The edition consists of five CDs and a Blu-ray Audio disc and includes a complete, previously unreleased concert from Paris in 1976, never-before-heard studio recordings, alternative mixes, radio commercials, and much more. The Blu-ray disc offers new Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround mixes from Studio1LA, high-resolution audio, as well as three bonus tracks with custom-made visualizations featuring rare and previously unseen photographs.
