German Toro Perez
The works on this CD were realized in collaboration between the composer Germán Toro Pérez and the musicians of PHACE over a period of 15 years. They reflect two aspects of composition: on the one hand, the question of how musical form emerges from the interplay between construction and perception; and on the other, an exploration of language as a means of constructing and appropriating the world.
