Stateless Tenek

Tenek are Geoff Pinckney and Pete Steer. Tenek take dark electro grooves, synthetic lead lines, driving guitars, industrial noise and somehow emerge on the other side with a somewhat commercial, almost pop sounding result. Tenek take their influences from a wide range of musical history wearing their heart on their sleeve without being brash or too obvious about it. Classic electronic pioneers like Kraftwerk, John Foxx, Depeche Mode and Numan are obvious starting points with current influences ranging from Timo Maas, NIN, Röyksopp, Goldfrapp, Air, Les Rhythmes Digitales, Renegade Soundwave..... For the masses and for the underground, this is why Tenek are vital!
