Move with Love
Gilchrist,lafayette & New Volcanoes
Baltimore-based pianist Lafayette Gilchrist reconvenes his hip-hop, funk and go-go fueled ensemble New Volcanoes for the acclaimed band's first release in 7 years. Released just as Gilchrist embarks on a new chapter in his career, taking over the piano chair in the legendary Sun Ra Arkestra, Move With Love captures the infectious, groove-heavy sound New Volcanoes has honed over the last 2 decades.
