Leaving behind its Need for Speed origins, the SHIFT series returns with some of the most physical driving yet seen in a racing title.

With its immersive first-person cockpit view, Need for Speed - SHIFT let players experience driving from behind the wheel, recreating the same sense of speed and aggression seen in professional racing. Its sequel aims to improve on this concept, letting players experience the result of every crash and impact in a race. Physics and car details have also been greatly improved, seeing tracks and cars slowly degrade as the race continues.

A new career mode allows players to choose a path that fits their own racing style, unlocking new challenges and experiences during the FIA GT1 World and GT3 European Championships. Autolog shares every aspect of a racers career with others online. A huge selection of car customisation options are also on offer, allowing players to alter their cars body, engine and suspension as they see fit.
