A story about a young bartender, his girlfriends, his big dog and sweet cat, and an unhealthy thirst which takes him to many of Seattle's favorite and famous Bars. A good read! Action packed. Barman goes back to school to become a writer and has a gas setting up a reading in a beat tavern ran by a New York Bronx clown-like frustrated writer. There are old typewriters on the tables. And don't look now, but his girlfriend is a Vampire. What else can happen in this epic love story gone wrong, except for Dunlap and Hatcher, the dog and the cat, who are always a source of pleasure.
