Thirteen years ago the people of Erikshire were put through the horrors of an invasion from the north. No family was left untouched by the horrors of this dark time. Loved ones were put to the sword before their eyes, whole towns were razed to the ground. Whole cities were plundered and raped. For thirteen years the scars of this time have hung like a shadow over the land but now an army gathers to seek it's vengeance and recompense. Covar, a former soldier in the Erikshire army now retired and living as an innkeeper in the town of Whitewood, must once more pick up his weapons and don his armor. He had sworn to never make war again except for one reason; to avenge his wife and daughters deaths at the hands of the evil Northerners. Now, finally, comes his chance to face his sworn enemies in battle and lay to rest the ghosts of the bloody past.
