A deep space mineral hauler with a troubled past, awakens in a port medical unit on the outskirts of the solar system. He is found, by the local constable, tethered to a dark ship, and frozen in a cryo suit. As he regains his strength, he slowly returns to working on his damaged ship to perform one last haul before heading back to Earth with the new love of his life, the woman who nursed him back to health. All goes well until a catastrophe strikes. He then joins forces with the local constable, to save the girl and find an escape from a once in a multi decade gathering of outer bank metal head Nordic scavengers, hell bent on anarchy, fueled by mind benders, score settling, and destruction.
