Teaching is a profession that requires engagement and energy, and teachers end up giving so much of themselves in the process. The first chapter is an introduction to the research supporting the workshop activities, then the fun part: Chapter Two, the activities! The third chapter has blank pages for you to unleash your creativity, and there are more pages available online if you run out. At the end of the book is a list of research references and resources for you to discover even more about mindfulness.
