Namaste Nursery Rhymes is a beautiful book of fun affirmations for children. It is filled with easy and entertaining rhymes that teach not only yoga, but the importance of being kind, giving, not comparing, living in the present moment, and other important life lessons. The rhymes we learned as kids stuck with us for a lifetime, that is why it is imperative that we give our children and the generations to come messages of hope and love to guide them into a beautiful future. Kelly Reed has been teaching yoga since 2009, a journey that has taken her all over the world. It is her mission in life to spread joy, to make children smile and laugh, while reminding everyone of them that they are worthy and they are enough, to teach them to love themselves and that they are beautiful just the way they are. She started developing these rhymes years ago while teaching children yoga, in schools, in the UK. The kids loved to sing and practice the rhymes so much that she decided she should spread this light to an even wider audience. This is the first of many amazing books to come, all of which are guided by her dharma to inspire hope and love around the world.
