Today, it becomes increasingly difficult to be happy in our job. We remember our parents and thought that they seemed to be happier with what they were doing or even better positioned financially. Unfortunately, it is the reality in this changing world. We can no longer settle for earning a college degree and hoping to make a fortune from it. Every day there are more professionals and fewer and fewer options to develop in. Because I have been in that position, I decided to write this book. In our days we have two paths, we specialize, or we simply decide to start our own business. There is no third option, since that option is to spend our lives working for a company just to bring money home, no matter how bitter we may be with it. The first step to get out of this situation is to recognize that you have a problem, that is, to accept that you are frustrated in your job. The second step is to pursue your dream, either growing within a company or simply taking the courage to start your own business. The purpose of this book is to change the perspective on how to face your reality and make you understand that you are not the first to feel this way nor will they be the last, the important thing is to react and not let circumstances take control of your destiny.
