Hot Sex. Drugs. Really GOOD drugs. Exotic cars. Beautiful women laying on beautiful beaches. Celebrities. 24 hour 5 star nightclubs, and five thousand dollar seafood dishes. This is Miami...right? For most of the 5 million plus residents of Miami, the answer is no, no it is not. That is South Beach, or at least the image of South Beach that attracts millions of tourists every year from all over the world. However in between sunny Ocean Drive and Collins avenue are dark and dirty alleyways which hold countless stories. Across the bridge, Liberty City and Overtown are some of the most impoverished violent stricken neighborhoods in the country. In Aventura, Haitian immigrants struggling to feed their families live a block away from billon dollar high-rises in their view. It is a tough city. It is an unfair city. It is also a fun city. A sexy city. It has many, many stories to tell. Miami Nights will tell these stories. Just as nights can be in this city some of these stories will be hilarious, some will be tragic, some will be excessive and outrageous, and some will be terrifying.
