Through the allegorical story of Tilly, it explores the scope of leadership concepts and possible concerns over how one can begin integrating them into their own leadership practice. Note that this book was written as an academic assignment, so it includes relevant citations and personal reflections of the author. It endeavors, though, to also make the general ideas highly accessible for young people.
