The newest Vice Admiral in the US Navy is also its newest Fleet Commander. Sam Wilson-Carter finally moves back to her roots. She's hankered for the Blue Water Navy through her last two tours, one in DC and the most recent in London. With her family and household in tow, she sets up housekeeping in Gaeta, Italy. Her acceptance by the staff she inherits is quick, but by no means without some hand-wringing. Several of her staff exhibit less-than-forthright character. But by applying her good humor and womanly aura she gains their trust.
