I wrote this book because I wanted to help others get over the wounds they've experienced in hurting relationships including those who aren't sure or haven't recognized yet that the relationship they're in isn't right for them. I've been there so I know the emotions and fears people experience in bad, or even worse, abusive relationships. I'm in a much better place now but before this I had been through so much trauma. Forty years old, a PhD candidate, a senior executive and consultant, a coach and trainer (moreover one who helps others with relationships, life decisions, and professional development). Yet, I found myself in the same kind of situation I had always encouraged others to avoid. I took my life back when I realized that this wasn't what God wanted for me. I had come to understand that He wants me to love and be loved. So I went through a step by step process with God's help to claim my healing. Today I can say with complete assurance that I am whole, my love for life is back. I am even more confident than before. It is a blessing to see how my life has been transformed and I want my readers to enjoy the same victory. FROM I DO TO I DON'T highlights my personal experience in a bad relationship and the divine strategies I used to heal.
