The HIV/AIDS pandemic is a major challenge. The pandemic was declared a national disaster in 1999. The pandemic impacts adversely on the educational sector as a whole and it affects quality, access,equity,supply and demand for educational services. Given the complexity of behavior change process in relation to the risk of HIV infection , this book is intended to be dynamic in nature,allowing the university management staff , lecturers and students to address the reality prevailing in the institutions of higher learning. The book is designed to be implemented within the usual university settings and intended to maximize the existing college opportunities for positive character formation and modification.
