Within the field of education over the last few decades a gradual but significant shift has been taken place, resulting in less emphasis on teachers and teaching, and greater stress on learners and learning. But in the heart of this shift, are the teachers who play a significant role in the area of learning and teaching. The teacher should guide the class in a way that the students believe that they are in the most efficient condition. Concentrating on two matters, multiple intelligences and learning strategies of the learners, leads the way of education to the efficient result.
