Instrumental Methods - Quantification of Cinitapride & Pantoprazole

Cinitapride and pantoprazole are available in capsule dosage form. This combination was analysed by UV Spectrophotometry both in UV range as well as visible range and also by HPLC. New methods have been devised for colorimetric estimation. The UV-Visible methods followed Beer's law and the solvent used was methanol. In HPLC, the reverse phase technique was adopted and the mobile phase used was also cheap. So an effort has been made to develop an accurate and economic UV -Visible and HPLC methods for the estimation of cinitapride and pantoprazole.
