Luminescence is the cold emission of light,mechanoluminescence(ML) is a kind of luminescence induced by deformation of solids, This book gives an idea about ML, their characteristics ,applications. There are many applications of ML,such as damage sensor ,pressure sensor,wireless fuse-system for army war heads,investigation of the earthquakes etc. We are doing research on ML , I hope,in future we will through more light on ML applications. I am trying to deliver some knowledge related to ML through this book. I hope, i will make mind of readers little satisfied by my this small effort.
