Train delays have left a build-up of suicides on station platforms in the newly installed Contemplation Zone, waiting for instruction from the Suicide Monitor's whistle. Meanwhile, Jason Mighty, Funeral Photographer and writer of erotic filth, finds an unlikely accomplice in Antony Manbag, Project Manager of Insecurity Security and proud member of Enema Fanatics Anonymous. Together with their willing assistants, the obstructed man and Martha, they attempt to change the system and escape the all too familiar austerity which they can no longer accept.
