There're two types of energy-physical and spiritual energy. To illustrate this, let's take the simple example of playing the guitar (or any other activity of the spirit). To play the guitar, you need the energy in your fingers to pluck the strings but you also need the energy of the spirit to make you want to sit down and play it. The former is physical energy, the latter spiritual energy. (Spiritual because it comes from your spirit.) The Laws of Spiritual Energy explains how we can harness the energy in our spirit to create a life of joy and abundance. It puts us in the driver's seat and gives us control over our destiny. There're eight laws in all. The first law explains the moralistic angle in spiritual energy, and how energy has positive and negative outcomes. The second law helps us understand how we can store energy in the universe and recapture it at a later time. The third law is the law of return, otherwise known as karma. The other laws include the law of transformative power, the law of proportion, the law of unchanging, the law of no hoarding, and the law of no agenda.
