Life is hard and it seems to be difficult for many to maintain a consistent manageable way of living. This book has many poems and pieces of inspiration that express life's emotions that we all endure. It's a journal of life, my life. I have conquered many obstacles that could have broken me permanently but I never gave up hope. I prayed consistently for help, strength and to rid of the negativity. Wanting a better life was and still is the goal for me. Peace is my goal to have and maintain. Life's simplicities make me smile. I write about what I see, feel, love, imagine and have experienced. Writing is therapy for me, expressive therapy that uses the act of writing and processing the written word as therapy. While reading my book, I'm sure you will notice that you have been there too, my words are relatable. I am sharing my heart and mind with you. I have enclosed some interesting words in this book. I took everything I had deep down from within and formed into meaningful sentences. I made poetry from despair, pain, happiness, passion and all of what we call life. Everything my mind and heart breathe is in this book.
