John Phillips is a quiet person who keeps to himself both at home and at work. An intelligent person who earned 3 PhD's by 17 and speaking 30 plus languages he works for The Office, a secret government organization that answers only to the President of the United States. His job is to create codes used to transmit data to agents around the world. He also decodes information from foreign agencies regardless of their relationship with the U. S. and POTUS. Phillips is more than just brilliant. He can create new codes, encode and decode faster than any person or computer in the world. Because of this he has become a problem for all foreign agencies.
