This Handbook is intended to provide the novice and more experienced email writers guidelines on how to follow 'a consistent writing etiquette', which is badly needed in today's digital correspondence. A need exists to provide the writer with a 'Gold Standard', an etiquette in writing a 'civilized' email that has its rightful place in the new technologies used daily, but more importantly, it must be consistently clear to understand and neatly laid out each time. This fact can never be overlooked by instead having erratically written emails formulated on a personalized level.
