Based on a true story, it's a tale of undying friendship between two men and their adventures in fishing. A highly illustrated novel featuring historical facts and images of many saltwater fish from the south Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. At times a hysterical account of the escapades of a retired Navy Deep Sea Diver turned Buffalo, New York, Fireman and Arson Inspector to accident-prone fisherman and shell collector. All narrated by a disenchanted ex-New York City banker and an avid fisherman. It's funny (side-splitting at times), adventerous, informative, sometimes sad, but always enjoyable. A fine family read!
