A new plague comes and turns people into giant monster asses that leads to the downfall of society into an anarchic wild West. In this wild West world a down on his luck alcoholic cowboy named Devon is offered a large sum of money by a woman to lead her wagon train across the perilous Ass Lands, a post apocalyptic wasteland in what was the former United States that is now inhabited by lots of ferocious monster anuses. But as Devon leads this wagon train full of Bible bumpers, bigots, cannibals and idiots across these harsh lands he starts to wonder who the real assholes are as he begins to sympathize with the ass monsters, and he may soon become their liberator.
