A billionaire comes to the rescue by using his own funds to revamp Alcatraz into a reformatory for boys, solving the city's youth crime problem while secretly using it for his own personal endeavors. However, the day the announcement is made, thirteen-year-old Darby Mullins' problems begin, all because of a bag of salt and vinegar chips and a cell phone. Having been kidnapped, he must find a way to not only save himself and his friends but figure out a way to stop a power-hungry billionaire's plan for world domination, all before his first day of 8th grade.
