While E85's cars continue to be a mysterious, elite and inexorable force in the street racing scene, the group of friends continue to be welcoming to all types of car enthusiasts. This openness leads to the group growing in ways none of them could foresee. As their brand of street and runway racing makes them unwittingly famous, they discover that a malevolent group of car enthusiasts has them in their crosshairs.

When drama, violence, and unearthed secrets rock their core, their devotion to each other may be the only thing that can thwart the machinations trying to tear them apart. Manzano Springs finds out that "E85" is a group with which one should not go to war.
