After the Revolution, Quinn Williams is trying to discover who she really is. As her father leads the country down a new path, she dives into the recovery effort head first. The oppostion is newly named The Rougues, and they are not willingly assimilating into everyday life. Just when she thinks she is settling in, the chaos that ruled her life a year earlier has returned. Her family is in danger again, and she is the only person who cares enough to save them. She rallies her last remaining allies for the fight, however, this time she has to figure out who is on her side and who is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
