One terribly dark evening, a little candle is standing alone on a hill. Suddenly, the darkness approaches and commands the little candle to put out its light. The little candle refuses. The darkness then warns the candle four more times to put out its light, and with each warning, it increases the amount of darkness it throws at the little candle. Still the candle refuses. In the end, only one of them can be victorious. Will the candle persevere or put out its light? The Candle is a story of determination and courageousness in the face of harsh adversity.
