The Other Side When the Rousseau sisters Ophelia, Maya, Anaya, and Nadja got the news that their eldest sibling was in a car accident, they rushed to her side. They were relieved to hear that although her car ran off the road, down a dangerously steep hill, Wisdom emerged with barely a scratch. A walking miracle is what the doctor called her. The sisters and their Aunt Lydia were relieved, and all had their own thoughts as to why Wisdom would be out driving late at night, in a rain storm, miles from home. Rousseau family gatherings were a staple for as long as the sisters could remember. It was a time used to share both joyous and sorrowful news. Wisdom called for a gathering of her own, and the sister's along with their aunt, arrived with heightened emotions, each contemplating the news she had to share.
