The Inner City Progress Initiative© (ICPI) is a comprehensive plan that is designed to help inner city residents achieve social and economic progress. ICPI will implement four programs that are designed to assist inner city residents. Those programs are Come Home to Family (CHTF), Impact Youth (IPY), Urban Economic Network (UEN) and middle income housing. ICPI community partners help with each project. ICPI partners are individuals, businesses, churches, educators and government agencies (local State and Federal), as well as other institutions that contribute to the program. The partners pour academics, jobs, vocational training, GED programs, donations, social advice, abuse counseling, transportation and business assistance into the program.
