The characters of THE ADOLPHOS are a dysfunctional family with both good and bad traits. Some migrate from the Gulf Coast to Texas, Alabama, and New York. Her children, Paul, Rachel (pronounced 'Rashell'), Allette, and Tudu are the children of Caroline and her French born bastard gutter rat, Jean.
