"Not Yet? Another Mission" refers to the author's frequent self-questioning that it's not time to die yet because God has another task for him to accomplish. This faith-based genre tells the story of a Eurasian-American raised in Hawaii by a single-parent, and who was a gang member and atrocious teenager, but finds salvation as a student-athlete with the help of many mentors such as teachers and coaches, and servants of God and ultimately becomes an Army Special Operations officer upon graduation from the University of California at Los Angles (UCLA). He helps people and especially the unfortunate all over the world; and makes a difference. The hand of God is on his shoulders as he perseveres and accomplishes numerous exceptional achievements with His blessings and miracles, and the support of many, while also almost dying or being killed 22 times before age 30. Briefly, a few achievements: at age 25, CO of Company C, 2nd Battalion (Bn), 7th Infantry "Cottonbalers" of the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized) and winner of United States Army Europe (USAEUR) Best fighting Infantry Company in Germany; awarded Soldier's Medal, 2 Bronze Stars, 3 Meritorious Service Medals, Air Medal, 3 Army Commendation Medals with "Valor" device, Combat Infantryman's Badge, ARVN Ranger Combat Badge, Ranger Tab and Jump Wings; Battalion Commander at age 32 of the 100th Bn, 442nd Infantry "Go For Broke"; trains our Allies in South East Asia and Australia while gaining expertise in Combined Joint operational exercises; promoted to full Colonel at age 41; reassigned as Inspector General to correct systemic problems; becomes a top advocate for hiring severely handicapped personnel and disabled veterans @ CCPO, Pearl Harbor; supports and grows Churches, e.g. Hope Chapel; and voluntarily coaches American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) in Honolulu City & County (Kaneohe and Aiea, HI) for nine years. In life, God has a mission for each of us. And when we need help of any kind, no matter what, prayer works and it has the ability to help every single one of us, if we persevere and believe.
