'Elvis was just a DJ' follows Allister 'Ali' Parker and his group of friends as they experience growing up in Letchby, a small sleepy town in North Hertfordshire, where they have lived all their lives. The arrival of Kate Marco and her son James into town alters the destiny of the young friends completely. They start a band and start dreaming of exploring the world.
