The small town of CarLowDen houses a sinister secret. That secret is revealed over the course of Klowns Are Horrid after a group of teenagers witness the arrival of Klowns. That's right I spelled clown with a K. This book is about our deep seeded fear of the faceless stranger. It's been written about countless times. Sometimes that stranger takes the form of a human serial killer like Charlie Starkweather, or Ted Bundy. Sometimes as in the Grimm's Fairytales that evil took the face of a witch, or a goblin, but sometimes just sometimes that stranger takes the most horrible face. A face loved by children for centuries. Sometimes evil takes the face of a Klown. When the small group of teenagers realize that their hometown has been overrun by bloodthirsty Klowns from another dimension they must stop the spread. People with die and others who witness these Klowns will live in terror for the rest of their lives.
