This book is designed to provide you with the practical nuts and bolts needed to lead a Basic Coach Training event. The training will provide participants with a solid introduction and understanding of coaching techniques and skills. The Leaders Guide contains schedule overview, as well as a training outline which contains tools and exercises. In addition, there is a section on "How to successfully promote your event?" and guidance on conducting a 30-Day Follow Up Call. The companion participant book, "The Next Great Awakening" is highly recommended for each participant.
