This album contains four compositions each from bassist Joe Fonda and pianist Michael Stevens with the support of drummer Harvey Sorgen and trumpeter Herb Robertson. This is the "jazziest" group in the Leo catalog, and they raise the roof once again in the wake of last year's CD "Jazz at the Bunker" (LEO #301) which received overwhelming reviews. The group blends unadulterated swing with all the advances of new music, creating their own unique sound and composition structure.
